With so many places to choose from each with their own lingo and business practices sometimes you the buyer end up feeling more frustrated than excited about your project. + I need a sign or awning, where do I start?

Before you contact us it’s always a good idea to be as prepared as you can for your project! This information is often a good starting point:

  • Is my project going to be inside or outside?

  • Will it be temporary or long term?

  • What material/finish do I like?

  • Do I need a design to be created for me or do I have artwork to supply? (If you are supplying artwork make sure to check out our artwork guidelines)

+ I don’t have a vector version of my logo are you able to create one?

Of course! We are happy to create a vectored version of your supplied logo if you do not have one available. We charge a flat-rate fee of $100 for the graphic recreation process and will supply you with the vectored version upon completion.

+ Does Platinum Signs make signs and awnings near me?

Platinum Signs is a Chilliwack based sign shop, but our service area doesn’t stop there! We have 20 years of industry experience building signs and awnings in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley including; Abbotsford to Vancouver, Hope to Kelowna, and beyond.

+ I NEED A SIGN PERMIT, CAN PLATINUM SIGNS HELP?

We would be happy to help you aquire a permit for your new Platinum Signs project if you are unable to do so yourself. Each city municiplatiy has its own by-laws to follow so before you move forward with your project it is a good idea to understand what rules may or may not apply to you.
